Salesforce has introduced Agentforce Sales in ChatGPT, enabling sales teams to access their CRM through conversational AI. Since its debut at Dreamforce, the integration enables users to search, analyze, and refresh Salesforce data in ChatGPT, reducing the back and forth among different applications.
Reducing the “Toggle Tax”
Sales reps are often juggling dashboards, spreadsheets, emails, and CRM tools to track leads and deals. The Agentforce Sales app reduces this friction, enabling teams to ask ChatGPT for live CRM data, from uncontacted leads to key account details and get immediate, actionable results.

Availability
