Invite more participants and generate responses by sending survey invitations from Digital Engagement channels, such as WhatsApp and Facebook, or share the URL in an SMS. Make better decisions on what actions to take by adding more context in your data maps. Create meaningful actions in your map using merge fields. Share surveys and survey invitations from the Salesforce Lightning UI to collect feedback about survey design or collaborate better on the survey results and analytics.
